I got involved with Linux in 2007 when taking some courses with Red Hat on RHEL6. Since then I have been working mainly with Ubuntu, starting with 8.04.

J'ai employé Testdisk et Photorec avec grand succès plusieurs fois. La première fois c'était en toute panique après que j'avais détruit le secteur initiale du disque dur. La dernière fois je l'appliquais pour sauvegarder les fichiers restants sur le clé USB d'un ami.

I teach introductory computer science classes with a strong focus on system architecture. So everytime I use Testdisk or Photorec, there is something for me to learn about the usage of the theory. I am grateful to Christophe Grenier for providing the community with such great tools.
